My daily supplement protocol

A supplement protocol is a very individual choice.  However many people are curious to know what I take every day to maintain my own health & wellbeing:

  1. Magnesium is supplement protocolsomething that we are all deficient in.  Traditional animal manure provided this in abundance.  But artificial fertilisers only contain products that will helps plants grow.  Magnesium does not help plants grow.   It’s therefore becoming more and more depleted in the soils and more and more depleted in our foods.  The human body needs this vital nutrient for literally hundreds of enzyme reactions.  It is naturally relaxing, so you may find that symptoms of stress and anxiety may actually be magnesium deficiency.
  2. Omega 3 fish oils are naturally anti-inflammatory and have far-reaching health benefits for everything from mental health to cardiovascular health.  When I was 17 years old I had a motorcycle accident and now have medically-diagnosed arthritis in my right knee.  But I actually don’t…. because providing I take my omega 3 fish oils I have no pain and my arthritis does not progress.  This is literally something that I would not be without.
  3. Vitamin D is again something that we are all deficient in.  We just don’t get the sun exposure in this country to produce it and we will never gain enough from foods.  It is absolutely vital for immune health but there is also research linking it to many, many other health issues.  When you consider that every cell in the human body has vitamin D receptors (except the sex cells) it makes you realise just how vital this vitamin actually is.
