Nutritional Therapy is like a salad sandwich, you only get out of it what you put into it. It’s a team effort with us working together to get you back on track. I’m not telling you what to do – I’m giving you the information that you need so that you can make your own educated decisions on what to do with your own body. So it’s also fine if you don’t follow my recommendations (I honestly won’t be upset) – at least you’ll have made an educated decision: you know where the path that you’ve chosen leads and are comfortable with that.
