By submitting an order on the Website you ("the Customer") agree and accept to be bound by these conditions. These conditions shall govern the contract to the exclusion of any other terms or conditions, save as where expressly referred to below. Please be aware that until your order is accepted the Company reserves the right to vary these conditions from time to time. Once the order has been accepted no variation to the conditions shall be binding unless agreed in writing between the Customer and an authorised representative of the Company. Any reference in the conditions to writing shall include e-mail.
Whilst the Company uses reasonable efforts to include accurate and up to date information on this site, it makes no warranties or representations as to the accuracy or reliability of such information or material linked to or from this site. The Company cannot monitor the content not produced by the Company and any views expressed by third parties on these pages are not representative of the views of the Company.

1, Sale:
1.1. The customer shall place an Order for Goods by following the order procedure on the website. As part of the ordering process the customer should check their order and ensure they have ordered the correct products and correct any errors.
1.2. All prices are reflected in UK Sterling and include VAT.  Whilst the greatest care has been taken to ensure that prices are correct at the time of publication, the prices are subject to change without notice.
1.3. The Company shall acknowledge the receipt of the Customers order by e-mail. And will supply the goods ordered in accordance with the customers order.
1.4 It is important that you provide an accurate and valid e-mail address in order that we are able to contact you and so that we are able to accept your order. Once your order has been accepted the customer will be charged for the goods.
1.5. The company reserves the right to refuse to supply Orders.
1.6 If your order is not accepted for any reason or the price of the product has increased between the time of the order and our acceptance of it (or if a supplementary delivery charge applies), your order will be cancelled and we will e-mail you to advise you of the changes.
1.7. You must ensure that the details provided by you on the order forms are correct and complete. You must inform us immediately of any changes to the information that you provided by updating your personal details.
1.8. Coupons and discount codes can only be used on full price items only and can not be used in conjunction with any other promotional or discounted offers. We reserve the right to only apply one discount code or give the offer price, but not both together. The Company reserve the right to cancel any discount agreements with customers at any time.
1.9 Certain offers are only available for a limited period and while stocks last. If you order is received after the offer period or the goods are no longer available at the offer price, we will notify you before we dispatch the goods. The Company reserves the right by giving notice to the Customer at any time before an order has actually been processed to increase the price of the goods to reflect any increase in the cost to the company.

2, Delivery:
2.1 Delivery in the UK is charged at £2.00 for orders under £25.00 and is free for orders over £25.00. Orders for delivery outside the United Kingdom will be subject to additional postage costs.
2.2 Parcels are dispatched to you by Royal Mail. The company shall not be liable for late delivery unless the company has acted negligently.
2.3 Every reasonable effort will be made by the company to ensure the Goods ordered are despatched to the address set out in the Order Form within 48 hours of acknowledgement of the order from the company. Any dates quoted for delivery of the goods are approximate only and the company shall not be liable for any reasonable delay in delivery of the goods however caused.

3, Returns:
3.1 Purchases at www.principalnutrition.co.uk are covered by our 28-day money-back guarantee. If for any reason you are unhappy with any product you have purchased from us, you may return it for a full refund (less shipping and handling).   
3.2   We cannot accept the return of items ordered specially, or items which require refrigeration.  Returned goods need to be unopened.
3.3 Throughout the twenty-eight period of cancellation the customer is to retain careful possession of the goods and take reasonable care of them.
3.4 Please use the Contact Us form on the website within 28 days of the shipment date to receive authorisation and return instructions.  No credit can be given for unauthorised returns.
3.5 Unless the liability for the return lies with us (by way of product defect, in-transit damage or incorrect supply), the costs of returning goods to us shall be borne by you.
3.6 Any damaged parcels or breakages must be notified to us within 24 hours of receipt of the goods.
3.7 Goods purchased at 'sale prices' will be refunded at sale purchase price when returned.
3.8 Returns must include invoice number and your full name and address.
3.9 The customer should ensure that a receipt is obtained as proof of postage from the post office.  Principal Nutrition does not accept responsibility for products that are lost/damaged during return transit.

4, Cancellation, changes and  Goods not received :
4.1 Please notify cancellation and changes to your order by sending an email to orders@principalnutrition.co.uk If your order has not been processed then it will be possible to cancel or amend the order as requested. However if the order has been processed and despatched, then you may wish to return the items for a full refund less any carriage charges incurred.
4.2 Goods not received should be notified within 10 working days of orders being placed.

5,Payment:
5.1 We will charge your account for payment at the time that the order is dispatched for delivery to you.
5.2 We take every reasonable care to ensure that your order and subsequent transactions are conducted via a secure link. As we are not responsible for the operation of the secure link we will not, unless we are negligent, be liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party obtains unauthorised access to any information you provide via such link.
5.3 If products are not available for any reason after we have accepted your order, we will let you know by e-mail. We will not charge you for these products and will refund any amounts already paid (if any) by way of a credit to your credit card/ debit card account.

6, Emails:
6.1 All emails to you will be forwarded to the address you specify to us. It is important that you provide an accurate and valid email address otherwise we will be unable to accept your order. You must also ensure that if this address changes between submitting your order and delivery of the products by us to you, you advise us of the new address. We will not be responsible for failure to perform under this agreement where such failure is attributable to a change of address.

7.1 To the best of our the companies knowledge, the product descriptions on the site are accurate and up-to-date, but the company does not manufacture the products it sells and so specifications or design changes may be made from time to time which have not been reflected on the site.
7.2 We include images of products on our site to help you with your selection. However, slight variations, for example, in graphics, colour, or pot size should be expected.
