How long will my supplements take to arrive?
Every effort is made to send out orders received by 11.30am the same day.

How much do you charge for delivery?
Postage is free on orders over £25.00.  Orders under £25.00 incur a £2.00 postal charge.

Are your supplements sent by 1st Class post?
Orders under £100 will be sent 1st Class.  Orders over £100 will be sent by Registered Mail.

How do I return a product?
Please fill out the Contact us form before returning any product.  Details of how to return a product will then be e-mailed to you.  Please read our Terms and Conditions for more information.

I haven't received my order?
Please us the Contact us form to let us know about any orders not received
after 10 working days of the order being placed.  

Do I need a pay pal account to buy goods from Principal Nutrition?
Payment for goods brought through Principal Nutrition is facilitated through Pay pal business services.   We chose Pay pal as our payment system as it is easy and reliable to use.  You do not need a pay pal account to buy products from our site.

Do Pay pal charge me when I buy from you?
There are no charges involved for you as a customer in using Pay pal to buy goods from our site.

Can I pay for goods by cheque?
If you would prefer for any reason to pay for your goods by cheque then please contact us using the contact form.  Please note that goods can only be sent once your cheque has cleared.

How do I get my Member's Discount?

Overseas Customers
We are able to send orders to customers overseas but this will incur an extra postage cost depending on the size of the order and the country we are posting too.  Please contact us using the contact form with details of your order and we can help you further.
